Job Details:
💼 We're Hiring:
✔ Ramen Restaurant Staff💴 Visa Requirement: Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) – Food Service Industry
Salary: From ¥270,000 per month
Includes a fixed overtime allowance equivalent to 35.5 hours per month.
Business Hours: 11:00 AM – 12:00 AM
Working Hours: Approximately 4–12 hours per day
Varies depending on the day and the company work schedule.
No late-night shifts.
Break Time: 1–2 hours
Days Off: 8 days per month
Paid Leave: 10 days of annual paid leave granted after 6 months of employment
Transportation Allowance: Fully covered
Social Insurance: Fully provided in accordance with Japanese law
Salary Increase: Available
Bonus: Based on company performance
Planned to be paid once a year in December
Staff Meals: Free
Housing Support: The company will assist in finding accommodation and will cover the initial move-in costs.
