Job Opportunity: Professional Full Time Cleaning Staff in Tokyo and vicinity area
Job Title: Night Cleaning Staff for Restaurants & Office Buildings
Job Description : Responsible for cleaning restaurants and offices using specialized equipment such as floor polishing machines (polishers). Duties include:
• Floor waxing
• Disinfection cleaning
• Glass cleaning
• Air conditioner filter cleaning
• Kitchen grease filter cleaning
• Ventilation fan cleaning
• Carpet machine cleaning
• Wooden floor polishing and recoating
※ Typically 2–3 staff per site
Work Area: Over 90% of assignments in Tokyo
※ Some sites in Kanagawa, Saitama, and Chiba Prefectures
Professional Development: Opportunity to obtain the international carpet cleaning license “IICRC” through a certification support program. Enhance skills and become a professional cleaner.
※ IICRC is the most authoritative US non-profit organization certifying cleaning techniques worldwide
Employment Type: Full-time (Permanent)
Monthly salary: ¥300,000
※ Based on experience and skills, determined according to company regulations
※ Probation period: 3 months (no change in conditions)
Payment date: 25th of the following month after month-end closing

• Position allowance: ¥10,000–50,000/month

Contract Duration: Permanent employment (no fixed term)

Requirements / Qualifications:
• Career changers welcome
• Previous job gaps acceptable
• Active: 20s–40s
Mandatory:
• Driver’s license (automatic OK)

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the cleaning industry
Priorities to
・Those who have passed SSW Building Cleaning exam.
・Those with Building Cleaning experience.
・Those who have work limit of more than 28 hours/week.
